Customer Terms and Conditions

1. SERVICE NATURE

1.1 Platform Description

Nithra Ride is a technology platform that connects customers with professional drivers to drive the customer's vehicle.

1.2 Company Role

The company does not own vehicles and does not act as a transport operator.

1.3 Driver Independence

Drivers operate independently and the company is not responsible for personal actions beyond platform policies.

2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide correct personal information
• Use the platform legally

3. BOOKING TYPES

• Local Trips
• Round Trips
• Hourly Packages
• Outstation Travel

4. OTP VERIFICATION

The trip starts only after OTP verification.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Vehicle must be in safe condition
• Valid insurance and RC should be available
• Provide enough fuel for travel
• Respect the driver
• Nithra Ride shall be responsible only for services that are officially booked through the Nithra Ride platform. Nithra Ride shall not be held responsible for any service arranged directly between the customer and the driver outside the Nithra Ride platform.
• During the journey, the safety and responsibility of the customer’s personal belongings and money will be covered in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the service booked through Nithra Ride.

• QR Payment

7. LIABILITY

Nithra Ride is not responsible for vehicle mechanical failure, traffic delays, or loss of personal belongings.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will be handled under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts of Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
